ExilisUltra is a first-of-its-kind aesthetic treatment that simultaneously transmits both radio frequency (RF™) and ultrasound energy to address numerous aesthetic concerns, including wrinkles, skin laxity, cellulite and unwanted fat on many body parts.

What is the treatment like?

As the Radiofrequency and simultaneous Ultrasound is delivered along with advanced cooling and temperature monitoring, the tissue is gently heated and feels much like a hot stone massage.

ExilisUltra has two applicators, one for the face, and one for the body.

The facial applicator has a fine tip to work in small areas and transmits simultaneous RF/Ultrasound heating to the dermis at about 3mm depth. The result is and increased density in the dermis from collagen and elastin production.

The body applicator allow us to penetrate to approximately 20mm. Using the RF/Ultrasound combination, this handpiece has an integrated temperature sensor and built in cooling to keep the superficial layers cooler while targeting the subcutaneous and fibrotic septae.

This applicator has the ability to target both the dermis, the superficial subcutaneous/ fibrotic septae layer (cellulite), and the deeper subcutaneous tissues allowing us to target and destroy fat cells for localized permanent fat loss while increasing the tissue density by stimulating elastin and collagen production.

What should I expect after treatment?

You may experience some mild redness and warmth in the treated area immediately after treatment and this should return to normal within minutes. Since the ExilisUltra procedure is non-invasive there is no downtime so you can resume regular activities immediately following treatment. You can also apply makeup and sunscreen after each session.

Immediate results can be seen with ExilisUltra treatments. However, full results will be seen up to four months after the treatment as the collagen and elastin foundation of your skin is rebuilt and strengthened.

ExilisUltra treatments are safe for all skin colors and can be performed on any area of the body where an improvement in your skin firmness is desired. Popular areas include the face, eyes, neck, abdomen, arms, inner thighs,legs…head to toe!

The number of treatments needed will vary from patient to patient and your physician can personalize a treatment plan based on the level of improvement you desire.
